Having a professionally designed garden means you are able to maximise the possibilities, to suit your wishes, with what is feasible in the space. You wouldn’t consider making alteration to your house without employing an architect and the same should be said of your outdoor space.

A garden designer will be able to interpret your ideas and turn them into a bespoke garden, tailored to you, to include everything from irrigation and lighting to outdoor cooking and furniture.

We offer a free initial consultation where we meet with you to discuss you requirements and understand the garden in its current guise. We can then formulate a brief from which we can quote for the design.

As each garden we visit is different, the quote for the design is therefore specific to each garden, with the cost for a complete design starting from £450.

We undertake a survey to measure boundaries and existing trees, plot changes in levels, note utility services inbound and outbound to enable us to draw the base plan.
We then produce the concept design with a line plan design with pictures, material and space suggestions ready for your approval at the ideas meeting.

The final phase is to produce the master plan, comprising of a detailed plan design of your garden, with supporting images of materials/features, as well as 3D visuals, which are discussed at the presentation meeting. Further supporting drawings and plans can be produced upon request for planning and external contractors.

How long is a piece of string? It is impossible to put an accurate figure on the cost of a new garden. Every garden is different in scale, terrain and aspect and every client’s wishes vary.

When having your garden renovated, in the same way as having your kitchen or bathroom remodeled, you are making an investment in your property and therefore an estimated range of 3-10% of your property’s value should be anticipated.

Once you have your completed design we have an agreed fixed price quote for the works, you are supplied with an estimated schedule of the works, which also includes a payment schedule. However due to external factors such as deliveries, material availability and the good old British weather the schedule may be subject to alteration.

Our own skilled in house workforce build all of our garden projects. We do however, where the need arises, utilise additional tradespersons to supplement our existing skills such as renderers, fencers and ground workers. We also utilise where regulation requires qualified tradespersons such as electricians and plumbers.
